Payment conditions for conference fees
A letter of confirmation of your registration to the Visual-JW2010 will be sent to you by e-mail.
The preferred methods of payment are by credit card (VisaCard / MasterCard / JCB / Amerian Express) or by wire bank transfer (drawn on a Japanese bank) within 14 days after this registration. Cancellations of registration are not accepted.

Visa
Each participant who needs a visa to enter Japan should contact Japanese Embassy or Consulate of own country well before Visual-JW2010 begins. Since an invitation letter is sometimes required for the visa procedure, if you require one, please contact us via e-mail.
