The registration fees include:

Additional paper charge:
If you are a presenter of more than one paper, you must pay 20,000 JPY for each additional paper.
Paper withdrawal:
Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one registration with payment (including additional paper charge) completed by August 31, 2016. Otherwise, the paper may be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
IMPORTANT:
The registration fees (including additional paper charge) are NOT refundable.
Lunch will NOT be provided for participants who register ON-SITE.
Lunch WILL BE provided for ALL the attendants registered Online and On-Site.

(If you registered your personal information to the online registration system by the due date and did not complete the payment, you can make the payment by a credit card to finalize your registration at the Symposium Registration Desk. You need your login ID (e-mail address) and password. Those who did not register their personal information in advance cannot make payment by a credit card.)
