The Organizing Committee recently sent an email about the preparation of documents for visa application to every person who registered for the meeting. If you need a visa and have not received that email, please contact us at the address below.

Please be noted that If you need to apply for visa to visit Japan, we will prepare and send out the visa related documents to you only after you complete the payment of registration fee.
Therefore, on-site payment is NOT accepted for those who request for the visa related documents.
Please make a payment of registration fee in advance,
then send us your payment status of registration fee as an attached PDF to confirm your payment.
*Time schedule*
We will send the PDF version of documents to the participants to confirm from Sep 17th to Sep 20th, and send out the original copies by EMS from Sep 24th to Sep 27th.
