The registration fees include:
(Online registration) Proceedings, Lunch, Reception.
(On-site registration) Proceedings, Lunch, Reception.
Additional paper charge:
If you are a presenter of more than one paper, you must pay 20,000
JPY for each additional paper.
Paper withdrawal:
Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one
registration with payment (including additional paper charge)
completed by by September 30, 2019. Otherwise, the paper may be
automatically withdrawn from the final program.
IMPORTANT: The
registration fees (including additional paper charge) are NOT
refundable. Lunch WILL BE provided for ALL the attendants
registered Online and On-Site.
